Put your email address and click on send registration details you then access your email and from the link create a password. This will create your account with the company’s house. Then go to the link below
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/close-a-company/
- Click start
- Tick the box and continue
- Put your above login details.
- Put the company number: …… .…………… and confirm and continue
- Tick the box with your name
- Authentication code: ……………… ….
- And follow instructions.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU CLOSE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT PRIOR TO THIS APPLICATION OR DO NOT LEAVE ANY FUND IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT SINCE YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY fridge and you will not be able to withdraw money held in the bank account once the company is closed. It will cost you over £1,500 to restore the company and is very time-consuming.
