About Us
We are proud to have been assisting clients in accountancy, tax and audit services for over 30 years. After working for Cooper & Lybrand (currently PWC) as audit manager and working as financial controller of various high profile international businesses, late Muhammad Zafar Iqbal set up Goldstar early 1990s as trading name M Z Iqbal & Co (Chartered Accountants) with the first office in the Oxford Road in Reading.
Around end of 1990, Mr Iqbal purchased his own building in Southampton Street, Reading and moved his practice there. Since then Goldstar has been providing services to its clients from same location for over 30 years now.
M Z Iqbal & Co was incorporated to Goldstar Accountants Ltd in August 2001 as a one partner practice. Mr Ganga Bhusal & Mr Amrit Ramudamu became partner in the company in January 2016 after working for the practice nearly 10 years.
Goldstar Accountants Ltd became a member of HAT Group of Accountants, a leading institution who provide technical support and training to various small and medium-size accountant practice in the UK, Ireland, and Gibraltar.
Goldstar Accountants Ltd also become a member of Corner Taxwise who provides technical support in taxes in 2016. In 2017, Goldstar Accountants was selected as one of the UK’s leading accountancy firms by Handpicked Accountants We are dedicated to providing a professional service to meet your business needs.
We see our role as business and financial advisors as well as accountants. Our partners are supported by a dedicated and experienced professional staff, all of whom benefit from a continuous program of structured training, and have the capacity to offer the breadth of expertise and professionalism required to meet the needs of corporate clients yet at the same time our staff is small enough to provide personal contact and attention to detail.
